1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, reserving private atelier fittings, or placing custom dress orders with Highly Styled Russian Prints (HSRP Couture) ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Bespoke Dressmaking & Tailoring

Each couture gown is hand-crafted based on the exact body measurements and fabric choices selected by the client. By ordering:

• Measurement Accuracy: The client is responsible for providing accurate body measurements during consultation or self-submission.
• Artisan Variation: Because our fabrics feature hand-painted and artisanal Russian floral prints, subtle dye lot and motif variations are natural characteristics of authentic craftsmanship.
• Fitting Guarantee: We provide one round of complimentary adjustment alterations for all bespoke orders to guarantee a tailored fit.

3. Pricing, Quotes & Payments

All estimated pricing generated through our interactive Fitting Studio is stated in USD ($) and reflects base estimates. Final formal quotes are locked upon atelier review. A deposit or payment in full is required prior to silk cutting and artisan production. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and verified digital payment processors.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All garment sketches, proprietary floral prints, dress pattern silhouettes, logos, photography, and site content are the exclusive intellectual property of Highly Styled Russian Prints (HSRP Couture) and protected under international copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial imitation is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

HSRP Couture shall not be liable for incidental or consequential delays resulting from client-initiated measurement alterations, courier transit disruptions, or international customs procedures beyond our control. Total liability in any event shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific garment order.
